The room was fabulous and elegant with with all requirements met as well as a massive comfy bed, had good night sleep. Location: the hotel was right by the Everglades, Derry and Hastings Everglades Property, Derry.

We usually stay at this affordable hotel and would come there again. Everything looks well-maintained. Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with extremely comfortable beds. Fantastic personnel is at reception desk. The location is marvellous in a lovely area, just off the river, and general areas and bedrooms...

The cocktails were fantastic, but the lighting made charging devices challenging.

The room we had was a family room with a double and a single bed. It was very clean and a good size with a nice bathroom.
The outside temperature was around 12 degrees, yet the heating was on in the room and the window wasn't open. we turned off the heating and the window only opened a little so we were quite warm all night and had to listen to the traffic from the road.

The room was comfy, and we loved the bar's cozy vibes. Tried the delicious sea food chowder and the generous burger with chunky chips. Relaxed in the library bar after dinner-perfect for unwinding! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill couple's getaway.

Excellent value for money. Excellent service.
A biit far from town (a good 30 minute walk) with no public transportation and driving to town/parking not particularly easy

More comfortable seating for relaxation would be lovely.

The hotel provided an excellent all round service with comfortable beds. I particularly liked the ability to choose either foam or feather pillows and the inclusion of Irish items such as potato bread and soda bread on the breakfast buffet.
Nothing of any significance, although a few tiles in the bathroom could have benefited from regrouting.

great stay but missing a few comforts
The bed in our Executive Double Room provided really good support. The customer service was really attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.
The room lacked some modern amenities that would enhance the experience.

Try asking about the afternoon tea options. they have unique experiences not mentioned in standard menus.
